HCF does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools on this website, does not load third-party scripts, and does not set cookies. The hosting provider that serves these pages may process technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in its server logs in order to deliver and protect the site.

When you use the contact form

If you send a message, we receive your name, email address, optional organization, the topic you chose and your message. We use this only to read and reply to your message. The form sends your message by email through an email delivery provider; this website does not store messages in a database. Your IP address is used briefly, in memory, to limit the number of messages that can be sent, and is not stored.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent personal information.
• We do not use your information for advertising.
• We do not add you to a mailing list.

Retention

We keep contact messages only as long as needed to respond and to keep a reasonable record of the conversation. You can ask us to delete your message at any time.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, through the contact form.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
